Our Story

Hello, I’m Sabeh Sendi, a chef and proud owner of a Tunisian restaurant in Northern Ireland. Let me begin by introducing you to my mother’s home country, Tunisia. Located in Northern Africa, Tunisia is a magical blend of the Mediterranean, the Sahara, Arab traditions, and Berber civilization. It boasts a rich culture that beautifully reflects in our cuisine, making it a true culinary treasure. When COVID lockdown began, no one could travel. I missed Tunisia deeply and feared I might never return. That’s when I had an idea: why not bring Tunisia here? I wanted co create a place where the people of Northern Ireland could experience a holiday atmosphere without needing to travel. And so, my “crazy” idea of opening a restaurant was born-right in the middle of a time when everyone was stuck indoors.
